Today I was by chance at Teck Lim Rd, in the corner to Keong Saik Rd. Quite a nice place near Outram MRT station. Many restaurants and the atmosphere was relaxing. When I was walking back to the bus stop I saw a tiny little park with birds. 

Instead of the MRT (subway) I took the bus back. As sometimes the bus takes time to arrive, there is a lot of time for reading the newspaper ;) 

In the bus I met two new amazing people and had a conversation with them. I think if I didn't try to initiate the conversation we would sit next to each other in silence, but once the conversation started, the people were really friendly and open-minded. So, instead of starring at your phone for the next ride try yourself to start a conversation with your neighbor. Amazing things can happen :-)
